What we collect
When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, company, email address and the content of your message. This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising tools. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page and browser type) for security and operation.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your inquiry and, if you ask for it, to prepare an offer or a contract. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR and the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection).
Who receives it
Messages are delivered to our mailbox at our hosting provider. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your message as long as we need it to handle your inquiry. If no business relationship follows, we delete it within 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to office@pingit.rs. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia, or to the data protection authority in your country.
